What do you folks think about the recent Markham sale? (results)

17 tenders

$751,188
$741,000
$408,988
.
.
.
$190,100

Without the heritage designation on the house, I think it's worth well over twice as much as the highest tender amount. With it, I am not too sure but I still think it's a great deal - the shittiest house in Markham nowadays is probably worth more than that much, let alone a house on a 2 1/2-acre. Whoever won it obviously knows how it works.  ;)
