I too hope it will go through, but I will not be surprised if it is redeemed at the last minute.

Someone might be bidding $184000 though as I see some good tax sales properties have been sold for market value.   

We will see what happens this time.

Winner winner chicken dinner, 82 and some change won this one.... I think it was a good deal

Perhaps one reason for the lower winning bid, is that according to the municipal tax clerk, a relative of the deceased owner is still living in the house.
