  If it wasn't for tri-target, where would this board be for postings? BTW, what ever happened to the other tax sale business? Gone?

  Had a taste of Netpred's beer last week, courtesy Dave2, must say he has excellent taste, although it's starting to go a bit flat from being ignored. Other forum members will have to take up the slack in Netpred's consumption scheme. As Dave2 said, "use it or lose it". There should be a time limit on when the spoils of victory must be consumed.
