Quality not Quantity - A Tale of Tax Sale Property.ORG
« on: June 21, 2012, 11:00:49 PM »
It was mid April when Netpred's Doctor gave him the bad news: "You know you can't just keep drinking all that beer. It is tough on your liver.  Why don't you share some of your winners from this character "Dave2" with your friends."

So the idea of a summer party for senior members of Taxsale Property.org was formed.  The two senior members offered to host it;  8) would provide the cottage, Netpred would supply Dave2's beer and PFM would provide food served by some of his "boating Accessories".  A number of others joined to  8) place in muskoka, a beautiful cottage on a beautiful sandy beach.  Everyone was camping out or staying over night so there was no worry about the quantity of beer consumed.

The party was a great success suffering only from the absence of Dave 2 who had to attend a business meeting.

The first day of summer was a record heat wave and some of the servers asked if they could have a dip before they served the food.   8) had a big secluded property with the dock and beach so the ladies decided that they did not need any clothing when they went in the water.
Being classy and shy they noted that all the guys were at the other side of the cottage.

Netpred said to PFM" I don't know how you can drive your boat with all of these distractions and too bad they are not closer."  Being curious a number of the guys peaked around the cottage and noticed to their surprise that all the ladies were wearing a pink shell which on closer inspection was "au naturel"

 8) had a large large dock in the back, fixed up nice; picnic tables, horseshoe courts, and some apple and peach trees. The shore was properly shaped and fixed up for swimming and perfectly hidden from outside prying eyes.

Netpred said to PFM disapointed" Too bad we cannot get a closer look."   8) being the perfect host said "I think that can be arranged.  All I need is a bucket"   "

"A bucket, I bet you a hundred beers that you cannot get the ladies out of the water with a bucket"

Taking up the challenge  8) grabbed a five gallon; bucket. As he neared the water, he heard voices shouting and laughing with glee. As he came closer he saw it was the bunch of young women skinny-dipping on his beach.

He made the women aware of his presence and they all went to the deep water. One of the women shouted to him, "We're not coming out until you leave!"

 8) frowned, "I didn't come down here to watch you ladies swim naked, or make you get out of the water naked." Holding the bucket up he said, "I'm here to feed the alligator."

Moral:  That is why no matter how many posts are made quality will always beat quantity and why the top dogs will remain the top dogs.

Okay Ladies I have come up with the male centered one.  I expect one of you to do the female equivalent.

It is a complete fabrication.  This is just another one of Dave's plots to tie me for number of posts...lame.  Anyways, that is not how I got the ladies to jump out of the water.  8)

So Frank, how do you get the ladies out of the water?  8)

I think that an off topic section is a great idea. That way Dave's R rated postings can be ignored by those who are offended (or don't have a sense of humour).

By the way Dave, I bet you I could get the ladies out of the water. Hint - I would have to use up some of my winnings. ;D

Dave:

I know a certain senior member here who has some really nice waterfront swampland that just might do it. The best thing is that bug season is pretty much over. Of course you will need a volunteer to rub on some sunscreen if it turns out to be a really hot day, so to speak.  ;D

Netpred:

If you want to give blood I nominate my swamp. Was out there last Thursday with the only realtor in Ontario that specializes in selling swamps sorting it out and trust me local moose flies have not gone into Hibernation.

There are other waterfront properties that are much more suitable for ladies in skimpy clothing to lay around in but I don't have yours or this guys  8) gift of the gab in this field and of course you get the advantage of free beer supplied by me to cool things off if necessary.
