Sorry Lonewolf can't help you; When Muncipalities postpone taxsales interest drops and it costs them a lot of money in the end.

I like some others I know decided when they pulled out the interesting ones; not to attend. One postponement I can understand but not two. When they play games it only hurts them in the end.
