Foreclosures
« on: June 29, 2006, 05:56:10 AM »
I know this is a website devoted to tax sales and information relating to them but does anyone know of any websites or places that have listings of foreclosed homes in Canada?

Thanks,

Maybe someone at the CMHC could tell you.

My first condo that I bought was a "power of sale". The people defaulted on their mortgage and so the CMHC took ownership of it. It was listed with a real estate agent though.

i currently buy power of sale properties in the windsor area and they are always listed with a realtor. you can make some good money if you are handy and can do repairs yourself.
