The only board member who is safe is this guy whom I know is levering his property winnings in another way.

I can think  a couple of likely board members given the location.  One with dark glasses   and one who has a liking for big powerful boats.  Personally  I think the seller should take some pictures,send them by PM  and we can all be envious. Nothing in the public domain as we have enough competition already.
