Strangely Quiet Board / Mud Wrestling Promoter Wanted
« on: December 02, 2009, 05:03:25 PM »
The board is strangely quiet.  I wonder if Santa came early for a number of people who are waiting for their deeds.   :D

BTW:  I am looking for a Mud Wrestling Promoter:

As a result of certain recent events I find myself in possession of a site ideal for holding a mud wrestling tournament:  To interested promoters I can offer the following:

a) reasonably close to Toronto;
b) Most importantly lots of mud and water
c) A natural amphitheatre setting in a protected harbour.
d) According to some authorities on this board you can walk to the site from the adjacent mainland.
e) Zoning maybe an issue but I figure to get around that by claiming that mud wrestlers are an endangered species and thus are protected under our new Ontario laws. ;D

I need the promoter to provide:

a) pretty girls who like to mudwrestle (Unfortunately for me the few ladies who frequent this board have way too much class to consider such a low class event)
b) the guys who have access to pretty girls like PFM and Jayz only are in the company of high class ladies who would not wear an appropriate costume for this type of event.

Contact Dave2 by private message including photos of your wrestlers for more details.

Please post pics of mud, and a short movie of the walking part; additonal pics of the type of contestants expected would also be helpful, although perhaps this is not the time of year for such an event. Don't post any pics of your water (I have some on tap), as I'm pretty sure that it will look quite different within a few weeks.

I have my own mud field to "wrestle" with my girls on privately, right, in whatever costume I can think of ;-). Hey, I also have a nice pond after all is done.

Everybody is quiet. Something exciting going on off the board?

Ernest Bidder:

Sorry to disapoint the board but it appears that I will have to withdraw my mudwrestling inquiry.  A "group??" with operations in downtown Toronto and Ottawa claims they are running out of mud to sling so they want to reserve an increased supply of mud.  They claim they will not be bothered by approaching winter weather because they have been known to generate a lot of hot air.   ;D

Enough of the tongue in cheek; what is interesting is the recurring data base errors on the tax sale property listings and the associated need to do intensive research.  For the third time this year they have worked in my favour.  (I have also been burned on at least two other occasions that prevented me from purchasing a couple of other properties).

As a result I now find myself the owner of a (confirmed) buildable water access waterfront lot in a Kawartha Lake for about 1/10 the price of the claimed earlier bid for the (redeemed) listing on Pigeon Lake (See Galway Cavendish posts in August).  What it suggests is that careful investigation is warranted and may pay off.  Unfortunately I don't have Worldjohn's astuteness in anticipating (lack of) competition as it appears only one other (also a member of this board) picked it up.  If my phase B works than I will be a little more specific.

Now I know why the board is quiet.  Some of you so called amateurs are turning professional.  See public notice below:

"After 30+ years of providing tax sale property information, we have decided that the time has come to move on. We are no longer providing our tax sale service. In addition, our domain name is now for sale. It is the ideal domain name for someone involved in this type of business. For years, we have consistently appeared in the top 3 listings of all search engines. If interested in purchasing this domain name, please contact us at [email protected]"

Come to think of it Frank has been very quiet lately.   ;D

I'm still waiting for a private invite to the mud-wrestling preview nite.

Recently returned from a trip to the Arctic Cirle...where I was practising my HO, HO, HO.   Hope you've been good.

I will exchange private messages with you so we can discuss your pay as a participant.  What stage name do you want us to bill you as.

Unfortunately as I believe in global warming I try to avoid being naughty so I can avoid getting the customary payment.  It is also the reason I bid on crazy locations like Moonbeam based on the article referenced below.

http://thelede.blogs.nytimes.com/2006/12/05/americas-breadbasket-moves-to-canada/

More concerning is what happens to husband"s of Scandanavian brides who are naughty as a famous golfer recently found out.  I would prefer to be home in my bed at 2.30 am (with my wife) and not out "clubbing".  I understand that while he has a fleet of cars now he has a "hole in one".  The one thing I cannot understand is why he hit a hydrant and a tree.  I would have thought he would know the difference between a "wood and an iron".
