TAKE NOTICE that tenders are invited for the purchase of the lands
described below and will be received until 3:00 p.m. local time on 15
February 2006, at the Municipal Office, P.O. Box 218, 153 McKellar
Street, Glencoe, Ontario N0L 1M0.
The tenders will then be opened in public on the same day at the
Municipal Office, 153 McKellar Street, Glencoe.

Roll No. 39 06 004 001 08700 0000, 174 Hagerty Road Wardsville,
PIN 08561-0036(LT), Lot 54 & Part Lots 50, 53, 55 & 57, Block C,
Plan 218, Village of Wardsville, now The Municipality of Southwest
Middlesex, County of Middlesex (No. 33) being the lands described in
Instrument No. 925958. File No. 03-07
Minimum Tender Amount: $10,318.57

Tenders must be submitted in the prescribed form and must be
accompanied by a deposit in the form of a money order or of a bank
draft or cheque certified by a bank or trust corporation payable to the
municipality and representing at least 20 per cent of the tender amount.
The municipality makes no representation regarding the title to or any
other matters relating to the land to be sold. Responsibility for
ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchasers.
Sales Rules made under that Act. The successful purchaser will be
required to pay the amount tendered plus accumulated taxes, relevant
land transfer tax and GST if applicable.
The municipality has no obligation to provide vacant possession to the
