Smoky Lake County will offer for sale, by public auction, in the County
Administration Building, 4612 McDougall Drive, Smoky Lake, Alberta, on Monday,

and conditions contained in the existing certificate of title.
The land is being offered for sale on an "as is, where is" basis, and Smoky Lake
County makes no representation and gives no warranty whatsoever as to the adequacy
of services, soil conditions, land use districting, building and development conditions,
absence or presence of environmental contamination, or the developability of the
subject land for any intended use by the Purchaser. No bid will be accepted where the
bidder attempts to attach conditions precedent to the sale of any parcel. No terms and
conditions of sale will be considered other than those specified by Smoky Lake
County. No further information is available at the auction regarding the lands to be
sold.
Smoky Lake County may, after the public auction, become the owner of any parcel of
land not sold at the public auction.
Terms: Cash and G.S.T. will apply on lands sold at the Public Auction.
Redemption may be effected by payment of all arrears of taxes and costs at any time
prior to the sale.

bid at the public auction. The balance of the accepted bid is due within thirty days
from the date of the auction or the deposit will be forfeited and the Town will
consider the next bid. Purchaser must pay September 30 - December 31, 2008 taxes
of $85.38 for Roll # 811.000 within 30 days of purchase.
