Each parcel of land offered for sale at the Public Auction shall be subject to the
reserve bid and to the reservations and conditions contained in the existing certificates
of title.

Redemption of a parcel of land offered for sale may be effected by cash or certified
cheque of all arrears of taxes, penalties and costs at any time prior to10:00:00 the date
of the Public Auction.

Parkland County may, after the Public Auction, become the owner of any parcel of
land not sold at the Public Auction.

The terms and conditions of Sale for the Public Auction are:
a. Sales are cash only with a 10% deposit upon acceptance of an offer at the public
auction with the balance of the purchase price due payable within 30 days of the
date of the Public Auction; and
b. G.S.T. will apply to all lands sold at the Public Auction; and
c. The deposit is non-refundable; and
d. Properties will be offered for sale on an "as is, where is" basis and Parkland
County makes no representation and gives no warranty whatsoever as to the
adequacy of services, soil conditions, land use districting, building and
development conditions, absence or presence of environmental contamination,
vacant possession, or the developability of the lands for any intended use by the
successful bidder; and
e. No terms and conditions of sale will be considered other than those specified by
Parkland County; and
f. No bid will be accepted where the bidder attempts to attach conditions to the sale
of any parcel of land; and
g. All successful bidders are required to execute a Sale Agreement in a form and
substance acceptable to Parkland County at the close of the public auction.
