Hi
For anyone interested, the lots up for auction in Newburgh, please do yourself a favour  and  look up the by laws that are available on the Stone Mills website. Also, if you were considering buying a tender package for 10 bucks plus tax from Ontario Tax Sales, the same info is available to download from the Stone Mills website for free.
