Superior Court of Justice at Kenora, dated January 20th 2025 under
writ file number 25-0000009, against the real and personal property
of Dana Vietor, Defendant, at the suit of William Lotz, Gloria Lotz,
Jeff Temeyer, William Brandenburg, Leonard Kobliska, William Quin,
Ann Quinn, Curtis Wilson, Rick Kayser, Mike Decker and Sheila
Fangman, Plaintiff, I have seized and taken in execution all the right,
title, interest and equity of redemption of Dana Vietor in and to: PCL
4001 SEC DKF: PT mining location 566P Willingdon PT 4 23R8893
Siouxnarrows-Nestorfalls; and PCL 41000 SEC DKF; PT RDAL in
front mining location 566P Willingdon PT 2 23R9165 Siouxnarrows
Nestorfalls. Municipally known as 5230 Hwy 71 Sioux Narrows,
Ontario P0X 1N0
All of which said right, title, interest and equity of redemption of
Dana Vietor, defendant in the said lands and tenements described
above, I shall offer for sale by Public Auction subject to the conditions
set out below at, Kenora Courthouse, 216 Water St, Kenora, ON
P9N 1S4 Telephone 1-807-468-2910 on June 30, 2026, at 10:00 am
Central Standard Time
Conditions:
The purchaser to assume responsibility for all mortgages, charges,
liens, outstanding taxes, and other encumbrances. No representation is
made regarding the title of the land or any other matter relating to the
interest to be sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests
with the potential purchaser(s).

Deposit 10% of bid price or $1,000.00, whichever is greater
