execution all the right, title, interest and equity of redemption of Collis

Condominium Plan No. 20290 and it appurtenant, subject to and
together with easement as set out in schedule A as in AT2415676; City
of Toronto being PIN 13090-0833 LT , Unit 157, Level B, Toronto
Standard Condominium Plan No. 20290 and it appurtenant, subject to
and together with easement as set out in schedule A as in AT2415676;
City of Toronto being PIN 13090-1339 LT, Unit 9, Level 28, Toronto
Standard Condominium Plan No. 20290 and it appurtenant, subject to
and together with easement as set out in schedule A as in AT2415676;
City of Toronto being PIN 13090-0833 LT, Unit 354, Level B, Toronto
Standard Condominium Plan No. 20290 and it appurtenant, subject to
and together with easement as set out in schedule A as in AT2415676;
City of Toronto being PIN 13090-1536 LT, municipally known as:
25 Capreol Court, Unit 3210, Toronto, ON. All of which said right,
title, interest and equity of redemption of Collis Lambert, Debtor(s),
in the said lands and tenements described above, I shall offer for sale
by Public Auction subject to the conditions set out below at, 393
University Avenue, Floor 6, Toronto, ON M5G 1E5, on January 13,
2026, at 10:00 a.m.
