What about unpaid water and sewer bills?
« on: October 05, 2006, 08:01:15 PM »
Does anyone know if you get a house in town through  a tax sale weather you  are responsible for money owing for water and sewer? It's my understanding that this debt is attached to the property and not the owner? ???
