I don't think Crown liens can be wiped out.

For Halifax, you can visit:  http://www.halifax.ca/revenue/tax/taxsale.html

Everytime I visit this board, I am amazed to see how many people ask the same question over and over again.

All you have to do is read everything that has already been written, and odds are you will find your answer!

I haven't used this, but I thought I would let everyone know that as a realtor, I have access to Geowwarehouse.  This service gives me maps, comparable sales, liens, etc.  If you require any of this information, and don't want to go the the LRO, just let me know.  Of course, even as a realtor, I have to pay for this everytime I use it, so we would have to figure something out.

They weren't sent by me because they would have been duplicated from the last list.

I have access to title searches on the internet through Geowarehouse.  This also provides maps and sales history on neigbouring properties.  (I.e. how much comparable properties sold for).

How much does it normally cost to do a title search at the Land Registry Office?  Although I am a real estate agent, I have never had to do one....

Just another thing.  It would be appreciated if I were the only agent providing you with the listings for Ontario.  If you use another agent for other provinces, that's fine with me, as long as I am the agent for Ontario.  My website is currently down, so a link to my email address is fine.  You can use [email protected]

Thats' fine with me.  If you don't mind though, maybe you can inform me of the areas you would like listings for.  I have no problem providing the link to you and then you posting on this site.  Agreed.

General / Foreclosure Listings

Hi everyone,

Just today I have received 3 requests for me to start sending foreclosure listings.  I have no problem doing that but I don't have the time to send listings to people I have never met and none of whom are even my clients.  I will send anyone as many foreclosure listings as they want as long as long they agree to sign a Buyer Agency Agreement with me.  That just says that if I send you something you are interested in, you will use me as your agent to place an offer on it.  And no, there is nothing suspicious about a Buyer Agency Agreement.  It's standard practice in Ontario.

Just so you know, foreclosures in Ontario are sold at market value.  I can send you all the listings you want (I am a real estate agent).
