I'm confused... might this be a different house you are refering to, as I am quite certain it sold yesterday in the tax sale.

Can you explain to me how it works. to sever a lot by getting the snowmobile trail through the property?  Who do you contact?, Does "the snowmobile way" exempt you from other issues you may have had to comply with ?  How does it work and in what circumstances can the snowmobile route allow a lot to be severed? Ie, if you need to have 400' to sever a lot... and you've got 350, could you request a snowmobile route though your property to allow the property to be subdivided into 2 lots so you can sell one?

Your insites are appreciated - Thanx

This house is an interesting property.  if you've gone to see it, you'll realize the street is actually a nice one, and the house looks like somehting you could "fix-up".  This house raises some interesting concerns and potentialy huge costs, but there is also the potential to rake in some huge coin if you want to gamble.  - If you can put in a low-ball offer and then fix it up with minimal costs.  However, do not underestimate the power of the  city to force the new owner to tear down this house as there was a house approx 10 doors away that the city just forced to be torn down that was shown on TV, a couple of weeks ago when they discussed that Toronto apartment building that was  A GROW-OP .  I bet my bottom dollar however, that some (unknowing) sole will bid  potentially 50, 60, 70k  9maybe enen more wanting to ensure they get it) on this place not fully knowing the details, and only going by what they saw when they drove around and looked at the place they thought  they could "fix-up". Wow, this is one property, I'm dying to find out the bids for, and then see what they do with it?

How much do you charge, and what distance are you willing to work with in (eg. 100km radius of Kitchener etc.?)

I have a new cottage in Muskoka that I am selling - you can get more details under the discussion forum topic "information on properties for sale" - (I'm not 100% sure on the actual title name), but you'll see it there.

« on: November 27, 2006, 10:06:30 PM »
I am selling a cottage in the Muskoka area , on Raven Lake near Dorset Ontario.  It is a med sized lake.  Boat access (5 minute ride) .  Amazing Evergreens and granite rock setting. BRAND NEW   top of the line cottage (2 bedroom and also a bonus loft room) total  approx. 1000 sq ft., as well as an additional small cabin at waters edge.  Pine floors, pine walls, custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets, lots of large windows, several upgrades.  AMAZING VIEW from inside cottage (I can e-mail you pictures) .  Brand new everything including top of the line appliances - frontload washer and dryer, bottom mount fridge, stove. Full septic, hydro, telephone.   I will be listing it with an agent soon.  Willing to sell it for cheaper than it can be built ,as the money is needed elsewhere. Low 300k's
