sorry you took offence to what I said but I will be carefull next time not to offend anyone. But I agree with the across the board price but your dealing with government and anything is possible. Just look at the new HST!!!

I agree. You have to spend money to make money but I find with places like this one if it is not redeemed someone will pay large for this home.

Thanks for the info. I think if it is tagged a mould house the profit on that house would be a lot less than you think . I own a restoration company and to remove large amounts of mould is very costly. Then you must obtain a clearance certificate. Which is a pain in the butt!! Also when you try to sell and it is deemed mould house,it is hard to sell. My company cleans allot of grow ops and usually the house ends up being gutted. watch out for mould it can be the difference from profiting to losing.

I bid on the house myself but there could be a mould issue. The house has been sitting for 7 years with no heat or hydro. If mould is in the house the remediation cost would be astronomical and getting a clearance on a mould issue is a pain in the butt. The Garage structure is crumbling and who knows what you will find when you open doors. The basement flooded many times and the house needs to be updated. The person that bought it will have to put money into it. I think it was to expensive for what needs to be fixed.

Hello
I have a gold membership and it gives you some benefits like title search but they charge heavy for this. I made a search at the local registry office and it cost me 8 dollars and hey charge 90 dollars to 160 dollars. Seems allot!! but the info package that you can order for free is good and is available to gold members. It will give you assessed value of property. If you are not willing to drive and search the property at the registry office and spend the extra money then the gold membership is worth it.
