On the off chance that Frank changes his mind and falls in love with flying saucers I thought I would post the results. After what I went through in Marmora last fall; I didn't realize how fanatic hunters are for moose pasture even way up here. The town must rent the flying saucer out for transportation.
In general:
a) 1 property (next to highway 11) was redeemed toward the end. ????
b) 1 property had 15 bidders Top three: were $26,000, $11,200 and $7,000 plus. The winning bid was a local and is probably close to or even over market prices. I really wonder what he knows that we don't know.
c) 1 property sold for 11,200 with again about a dozen bids. Second and Third bids were in the $7,000 range.
Interesting one bidder bid the same amount of $11,200 for all three properties which shows the value of persistence.
He was third time luckly.

Thanks for the heads up dave - have to say that I am shocked at what was bid there - is there a bad case of malaria currently in the Kapuskasing area? 26K for a parcel????

Dave-Also (that's code for 2)....I love flying saucers...there's one on Lundy's Lane in Niagara Falls that I frequent, they serve great burgers. Can't wait to see the next movie out...starring young Kirk, and no more William Shatner (really tired of his stupidity in Boston Legal...they should have beamed him out of there).
Sounds to me like this chap just sold his boat or car for 11.2 and doesn't know what to do with it...scratch your head at someone that bids the same amount on three different properties, but that is the kind of mentality that is out there.
