Good evening !

Let's talk Sarnia now.
Who is from Sarnia? How is Sarnia? What about downtown Sarnia?

Sarnia is definately a working town but not a bad place. High unemploment and just had a refinery cancelled so 4000 news jobs cancelled.  You have to be careful when bidding as property values are substantially lower then GTA .IE a detached home for just over a hundred K. So check your neighbourhood sales prior to bidding.


Additionally Sarnia has a huge problem with toxic waste as there is several dumps in the area. Check the enviromental of the property very very  carefully

This is very useful info. How do you usually check for environmental issues?
