Where is everybody who used to post? is it my imagination or have tax sales changed in the last few years? It seems to be filled with professionals, rich foreigners, corporations and real estate agents. It seems the hobbyists getting good deals are few and far between. I used to win 3 in a year, now I get 1 win every 3 years. how do others feel? and why is no one posting anymore?
