Of course you could also move it to the foot of yonge street where Captain Johns boat used to be and convert it to condos.  No building permit needed and the vessel is over 500 feet long.

The cranes can lift 1,400 metric tons of beer at one time which is a lot of beer for a party.

I was in Baie Comeau 2 weeks ago ..missed my chance to inspect this toy
