Good for you Rob
Nice to see that somebody can actually make some money at this game. 8)

Make money? At $5.00 minus amazon delivery charges.. I can say no money has found it's way back to me, but just to be within a few spots of MoneySense's highly promoted real estate book is my payoff. Besides, what I'm really pulling for is a hollywood movie version of the book.
-
So which actor will play Frank?

Nothing like being yourself. Besides, my whole life has been one big movie...'Gone with the Wind'. The real question is who could possibly play Dave....YYYUUUPPPP. 8) 8)

Not sure about Dave, but Claude Rains would play me.
Bye.

Uhhhh, Netpred, Claude rains died many decades ago. Perhaps Mel brooks? ;>))

I also want to send back a big Thank You to Rob, for making possible, for quite a lot of us, the chance for our own success (however lacking it may be in comparison to Dave2, Frank, Netpred, pfm, g2020, et al) and also to a lot of other members who have not only had a hand in the success of this forum, but have made it very intersting and entertaining too. Again, though, the thanks go mainly to Rob, who provides a fantastic website with equally fantastic support. Smite him with positive Karma at every chance you get. He does not get enough!

[I probably shouldn't be bumping such an old thread but some of it is an interesting psychological study.]
I echo ErnestBidder's thoughts below on sending a thank you to Rob. I've been enjoying some of dialogue on the site lately and it's aided in creating a few new thoughts as well. I acquired the eBook a while back -- if you haven't downloaded it, check it out on Amazon at the link at the top of the thread -- not only for access to the material but also to show my support & appreciation for the Taxsaleproperty.org site.
Rob, is there anything else we could be doing, i.e., clicking on a link a day before we log off, etc? Getting friends and family members to register (the ones we like, anyways)?
Thanks again Rob for making this resource available, and thanks to those who engage!
For those who are lurking, if you ever read a thread/post that references a picture, and you wonder what the heck the person is talking about, the only way to see the picture is to register and log in. You might still wonder what the relevance is, but at least you can see the picture. ;)
Best,
