COTTAGE TO GIVE AWAY, GOOD SHAPE, PROSPECTIVE NEW OWNER MUST BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL OF BUILDING. LOCATED IN GOODERHAM, WOULD BE EXCLENT HUNTING CAMP, OR COTTAGE.. SIZE IS APPROX 32X24 FT. THERE IS ALSO A SCREENED PORTCH ATTCHED. ENTIRE STRUCTURE IS SOUND AND BUILT WITH FULL WIDTH LUMBER, WOULD ALSO BE EASY TO GET BEAMS UNDER TO MOVE. THE BATHROOM AND SCREENED PORTCH SECTION COULD BE EASLY REMOVED IF NESSARY FOR TRANSPORTATION. BUILDING ELECTRICAL WIRING IS GOOD, 30 YEAR SHINGLES ARE 4-5 YEARS OLD. NEED BUILDING GONE BEFORE SPRING, OR AM JUST GOING TO TEAR DOWN AND BURN, WHICH IS A SHAME TO DO! I WOULD MUCH RATHER SEE IT PUT TO GOOD USE. Practically given size I don't see anything over 20 -30 km as economical. I have a lot within less then a hundred km and rejected it. PM me and I will give you contacts. (You are a regular and in cases like this I discriminate between regulars and lurkers and make no bones about it.)
