2320 Hamilton St is up again. Wasn't it redeemed back in March with the vacant lot? What happened the cheque bounce?

Saw the property a few months ago, 4 feet of water in the basement, ceiling falling down scary. It was canceled. I have the same question what is going on.

There was an error in the listing as the adjacent land was listed as seperate. They are actually now one lot joined by the planning act so they had to stop the sale, correct the listings and then begin the sale again

I see it now...Thanks

It sounds like the perfect property for someone I once heard about "Terry the Torch"
Buy the property at a tax sale; In this condition it goes for the minimum; insure it for replacement value (or greater) and enjoy the late night fireworks. ;D
