Title: Clarington ...
Post by: Jayz on May 01, 2010, 03:45:12 PM
No discussion? People are holding breath or what?  :)

Drove by some of them. 1st one is beside a cement operation, dusty. 2 other waterfronts are zoned farming and EP, and with overhead power lines - not sure what else I can use them for besides existing usage. The industrial lot min bid is close to assessed value - might be good, if you can find something to do there.

Sounds to me like this one won't attract any bids if it is not redeemed ;).

20k for a waterfont lot in the GTA? I remember when gas was 30 cents a gallon.
