described below and will be received until 3:00 p.m. local time on May 20th,
2009 at the Township Offices, 5 Humphrey Drive, R.R. # 2, Parry Sound,
Ontario, P2A 2W8.
The tenders will then be opened in public on the same day at 3:30 p.m. at the
Township Offices.
Description of Lands

1. Parcel 6541, South Section; Part Lot 1, Concession 9, Conger, now
Township of Seguin, District of Parry Sound, designated as Part 2, 42R-
6991. Being all of PIN 52191-0497 (LT). Roll # 49 03 010 013 00120.
Minimum Tender Amount: $ 4,687.65

2. Part Parcel 23440, South Section; Block 26, Plan 42M-545, Humphrey,
now Township of Seguin, District of Parry Sound. S/T Rights in
LT169776; S/T Executions, if enforceable, E716/92 and E61/93. Being
Part of PIN 52193-0022 (LT). Roll # 49 03 010 006 10770.
Minimum Tender Amount: $ 10,798.82

3. Part Parcel 23440, South Section; Block 27, Plan 42M-545, Humphrey,
now Township of Seguin, District of Parry Sound. S/T Rights in
LT169776; S/T Executions, if enforceable, E716/92 and E61/93. Being
Part of PIN 52193-0022 (LT). Roll # 49 03 010 006 10762.
Minimum Tender Amount: $ 9,457.84

Tenders must be submitted in the prescribed form and must be accompanied
by a deposit in the form of a money order or of a bank draft or cheque
certified by a bank or trust corporation payable to the municipality (or board)
and representing at least 20 per cent of the tender amount.
Except as follows, the municipality makes no representation regarding the
title to or any other matters relating to the land to be sold. Responsibility for
ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchasers.
This sale is governed by the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, and the
Municipal Tax Sales Rules, as amended, made under that Act. The successful
purchaser will be required to pay the amount tendered plus accumulated
taxes and the relevant land transfer tax.
The municipality has no obligation to provide vacant possession to the
successful purchaser.
Note: GST may be payable by successful purchaser.
