described below and will be received until 3:00 p.m. local time on
October 15, 2007, at St. Thomas City Hall, 545 Talbot Street, St.

The tenders will then be opened in public on the same day at St. Thomas
City Hall, 545 Talbot Street, St. Thomas, Ontario at 3:30 p.m.
Description of Land(s):

Part Lot 15, West side of Flora Street, Plan 43, City of St. Thomas,
County of Elgin, as in E367076, being the whole of PIN 35171-0281 and
known municipally as 72 Flora Street, S t. Thomas, Ontario.
Minimum Tender Amount: $10,322.93

Part Lot 15, East side of Flora Street, Plan 43, City of St. Thomas,
County of Elgin, as in E367101, being the whole of PIN 35177-0007 and
known municipally as 93 Flora Street, St. Thomas, Ontario.
Minimum Tender Amount: $11,441.34

Tenders must be submitted in the prescribed form and must be
accompanied by a deposit in the form of a money order or of a bank
draft or cheque certified by a bank or trust corporation payable to the
municipality and representing at least 20 per cent of the tender amount.
Except as follows, the municipality makes no representation regarding
the title to or any other matters relating to the land to be sold.
Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential
purchasers.
This sale is governed by the Municipal Act, 2001 and the Municipal Tax
Sales Rules. The successful purchaser will be required to pay the amount
tendered plus accumulated taxes and the relevant land transfer tax.
The municipality has no obligation to provide vacant possession to the

on the same day at 3:30 p.m. at the Township Office, 28 Midlothian Rd.,
RR#1, Burks Falls, Ontario
Description of Land(s):

All of PIN# 52137-0008; Pcl 14174 PSSS, being Part of Lot 3 and Part
of Lot 4, Concession 14, Township of Ryerson, District of Parry Sound,
said to have a frontage of about 125 feet, irregular in shape, and said to
contain approximately one-half acre. (Purchaser must satisfy self as to
extent of the lands)
Minimum Tender Amount: $10,675.00
