Take notice that tenders are invited for the purchase of the land(s)
described below and will be received until 3:00 p.m. local time on April
16, 2008 at: The Corporation of the Township of Baldwin PO Box 7095
McKerrow, Ontario P0P 1M0, The tenders will be opened following the
close of tenders at 3:30pm at The Township of Baldwin, Municipal
Office, 11 Spooner Street, McKerrow, Ontario P0P 1M0

Minimum Tender Amount: $6,666.76

Tenders must be submitted in the prescribed form and must be
accompanied by a deposit in the form of a money order or of a bank
draft or cheque certified by a bank or trust corporation payable to the
municipality (or board) and representing at least twenty per cent (20%)
of the tender amount.
Except as follows, the municipality makes no representation regarding
the title to or any other matters relating to the land to be sold.
Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential
purchasers.
The land(s) do(es) not include the mobile homes situated on the land(s).
(If applicable).
This sale is governed by the Municipal Act, 2001, and the Municipal Tax
Sales Rules made under the Act. The successful purchaser will be
required to pay the amount tendered plus accumulated taxes and the
relevant land transfer tax.
The municipality has no obligation to provide vacant possession to the
successful purchaser.

TAKE NOTICE that tenders are invited for the purchase of the land(s)
described below and will be received until 3:00 p.m. local time on
Friday, April 18, 2008 at 33 Talbot Street South, Essex, Ontario N8M
1A8. The tenders will then be opened in public on the same day at Town
of Essex Council Chambers.
Description of Land(s):

12R4752; S/T Execution 01-00442, If Enforceable; S/T Execution. LA-
80225, If enforceable ; Town of Essex
* Buildable Lot – Subject to all other applicable laws.
