described below and will be received until 3:00 p.m. local time on
January 30, 2013, at the North Glengarry Municipal Office, P.O. Box 700,
90 Main St. S., Alexandria ON K0C 1A0.
The tenders will then be opened in public on the same day as soon as
possible after 3:00 p.m. at the North Glengarry Municipal Office, 90 Main
St. S., Alexandria.

no warrantee as to the condition of the building or the lands.
Except as follows, the municipality makes no representation regarding
