Street, Saint John, New Brunswick, on the 9th day of June,
2006, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., local time. See advertisement of

and 31, 2006.

TAKE NOTICE that default having been made in a Mortgage
given by Faye Brown to the New Brunswick Housing Corporation,
dated October 12, 1988, and registered in the Sunbury
County Registry Office on October 13, 1988, in Book 271 at
Page 319 under Official No. 66690, THERE WILL BE SOLD
at public auction, pursuant to the power of sale conferred by
s.44 of the Property Act, R.S.N.B., 1973, c.P-19 as amended or
extended by the said Mortgage, for the purposes of recovering
the monies secured thereby at the lobby of the Court House located
427 Queen Street at Fredericton, New Brunswick, on June
23, 2006, at the hour of 9:30 a.m., those lands and premises located
at 2272 Highway 102, Lincoln, New Brunswick, with PID
Numbers 60027141 and 60115920, together with all buildings
and rights associated therewith.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT if a satisfactory offer is not
received, the lands may be withdrawn from the sale and later

INCLUDING all the buildings and improvements thereupon
and the privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging.
FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given that if sufficient offer of
purchase is not received at the auction, the land will be withdrawn
from the sale and disposed of by private contract without
further notice.
