Notice is hereby given that, under the provisions of the Municipal Government Act,
the Village of Beiseker will offer for sale, by public auction, in the office of the
Village of Beiseker, 700 - 1st Avenue, Beiseker, Alberta, on Friday, June 29, 2007, at
10:00 a.m., the following lands:

Each parcel will be offered for sale, subject to a reserve bid and to the reservations
and conditions contained in the existing certificate of title.
The land is being offered for sale on an "as is, where is" basis, and the Village of
Beiseker makes no representation and gives no warranty whatsoever as to the
adequacy of services, soil conditions, land use districting, building and development
conditions, absence or presence of environmental contamination, or the developability
of the lands for any intended use by the successful bidder No bid will be accepted
where the bidder attempts to attach conditions precedent to the sale of any parcel. No
terms and conditions of sale will be considered other than those specified by the
Village of Beiseker.
Terms: Cash or certified cheque at date of auction.
The Village of Beiseker may, after the public auction, become the owner of any
parcel of land not sold at the public auction.
Redemption may be effected by payment of all arrears of taxes and costs at any time
prior to the sale.

Gazette should have read as follows:

the Village of Hill Spring will offer for sale, by public auction, at the Village Office,
Hill Spring, Alberta, on Tuesday, June 26, 2007, at 2:00 p.m., the following listed
land:

This parcel will be offered for sale subject to a reserve bid and to the reservations and
conditions contained in the existing certificate of title. Additional conditions apply;
that the purchaser sign an agreement with the Village of Hill Spring committing to the
complete construction of an approved dwelling within 30 months of the auction date.
The Village of Hill Spring may, after the public auction, become the owner of the
parcel of land if it is not sold at the public auction.
Terms: Cash, certified cheque or bank draft.
Redemption may be effected by payment of all arrears of taxes and costs at any time
prior to the sale.
All sales may be subject to current taxes.
